Our fee structure is built on a single, clear philosophy. For the “platform” — the systems and frameworks we provide — we charge a fixed fee. For “distribution” — the actual movement of goods and transactions — we charge a variable, performance-based fee.
This design allows clients to start with minimal upfront investment, paying appropriate fees only when results are achieved. We share the risk and share the success — that is the essence of our partnership-based approach.
We also hold firm to the principle that “every invoice must show a total.” All estimates and invoices clearly itemize every cost with a final total, ensuring clients always know exactly what they are paying for and why.
Consulting Fee (Platform)
Overseas expansion support packages, company establishment support, professional network access fees, etc. Fixed monthly or project-based pricing — fully predictable costs from the start.
System = Fixed Price
Distribution Fee (Transaction-Based)
